Summer Associates

Our summer program provides students with the opportunity to work on challenging projects, attend client meetings, and appear in court. You will also have the opportunity to attend client events, participate in professional development seminars, and engage in social activities with our lawyers, staff, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in depositions, court and agency hearings, and client and witness interviews.
- Draft motions and briefs, conduct legal research, and attend mediations.
- Receive continuous feedback from mentors and liaisons to guide professional development.
- Attend social events and professional development seminars with lawyers, staff, and clients.
- Work on impactful pro bono cases with our pro bono team.
- Collaborate with a diverse, supportive, and innovative team of legal professionals.
- Gain valuable experience in a variety of practice groups.
- Receive a starting salary of $3, weekly as per New York regulations.
- Meet application deadlines and requirements for entry-level and summer associate positions.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in law school in the United States or Canada.
- Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law.
- Excellent academic credentials.
