Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in family law litigation
- Valid Paralegal Certificate or equivalent
- High school diploma or GED required
- Superior time management skills
- Excellent writing and language abilities
- Familiarity with California Code of Civil Procedure and State Court rules and procedures
- Ability to handle potential conflicts and maintain confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
