Fenwick & West, a premier law firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Securities Litigation Associate to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of civil and regulatory matters for our corporate and individual clients. We are looking for a candidate with at least four years of relevant experience and a strong academic background.
Responsibilities:
- Represent issuers, directors, and officers in securities class actions, derivative suits, and other civil actions
- Handle internal investigations related to allegations of accounting fraud, whistleblower claims, and anti-bribery law violations
- Defend companies and individuals in DOJ and SEC investigations and regulatory proceedings
Qualifications:
- At least four years of relevant experience
- Barred in the state of the office you are applying for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
