Asset Management - Infrastructure Fund Formation - Vice President

As a Vice President in the Fund Execution Team (FET), you will utilize your legal expertise to support strategic decision making in the areas of investment vehicle management, capital raising, and regulatory and governance matters. This role offers a competitive salary range of $140,, per year, based on experience and location.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with investors to facilitate capital raising and ensure their requirements are met
- Ensure appropriate risk management, governance, and best practices in contractual arrangements with investors and investment vehicle reporting
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bridge the legal and commercial discourse
- Assist in the management of the independent board of the investment vehicle
- Continuously learn and develop new skills, including regulatory positioning and investment vehicle credit and hedging arrangements
- Demonstrate leadership within the team and facilitate relationships with the capital raising community
- Manage external legal counsel

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience practicing law
- Experience working in a fast-paced international team environment
- Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
- Commitment to continuous improvement and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn about all aspects of the business and its stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to team values, effective risk management, and legal and compliance requirements
- Hands-on problem-solving and trouble-shooting ability
- Extensive experience with a global investor base

Preferred Qualifications:

- Industry focus in infrastructure preferred
- In-house legal experience preferred
