- Holland & Hart is seeking experienced patent attorneys to join our law firm in Colorado, Utah, or Idaho
- Our patent practice is comprised of 60+ professionals and we work with some of the world's top technology companies
- We specialize in wireless communications, electronics, AI, software, client counseling, standards-essential patents, and post-grant patent work
- Positions are available in multiple locations, including our Colorado, Utah, and Idaho offices
- Our firm has been recognized for our patent prosecution work, including being named the Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year and . Patent Prosecution Firm of the Year
- We are looking for a practitioner with 2+ years of experience in patent preparation, specifically in wireless telecommunications systems, standards-related technologies, communication networks, and more
- A strong academic record with a technical degree in a relevant field is required

Compensation and Expectations:
- Holland & Hart offers a merit-based compensation structure, evaluating individual performance and contributions to the team
- The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $260,000, as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act
- We also offer a generous bonus program and fee splits for associates
- Associates are expected to work 1800 billable hours, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work, and 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- We encourage our lawyers to engage in firm activities and committees
