- As the primary point of contact for clients, you will manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases and negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
- You will also draft demand packages, legal documents, and case evaluations, and collaborate with medical professionals and industry experts to build strong cases.
- Additionally, you will participate in an on-call rotation and help grow strategic partnerships with medical providers and specialists.
- The ideal candidate will have 4-7+ years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation, specialized knowledge in general liability and premises liability, and a proven track record of high settlement rates and successful case outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, a heart for advocacy, and a valid Bar license in Florida are also required.
- Spanish fluency is preferred but not required.

Job Qualifications:

- Valid Bar license in Florida
- 4-7+ years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation
- Specialized knowledge of general liability and premises liability
- Proven track record of high settlement rates and successful case outcomes
- Stellar communication skills and a heart for advocacy
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Spanish fluency preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, trust, and confidence throughout their legal journey
- Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases with a proven system that supports results
- Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters and defense counsel to achieve favorable outcomes
- Draft powerful demand packages, legal documents, and case evaluations that tell your client’s story with clarity and strength
- Collaborate with medical professionals and industry experts to build the strongest cases possible
- Conduct and attend EUOs, recorded statements, and other proceedings to protect your clients’ interests
- Participate in an on-call rotation to assist with new client screening and inquiries
- Help grow strategic partnerships with medical providers and specialists
