LAW FIRM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in MD, PA, & VA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients on a variety of family law matters, as well as develop your skills and acumen through our rigorous learning and development program. Key Responsibilities:

- Billing at least hours per week

- Winning new clients through our intake sales funnel

- Managing client collection rate above 75%

- Providing representation in court and legal proceedings

- Mentoring and developing junior associates and legal support team

- Participating in our Perfect Client Lifecycle development program

- Managing a regular schedule of hearings and court appearances

- Advising staff on legal matters and interpretation of laws and statutes

Qualifications:

- Licensed to practice law in MD, PA, or VA (barred in other states a plus)

- Experience in domestic and civil litigation preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

- Desire to succeed and build a long-term career in the legal profession

- Organized with the ability to manage time and multi-task

- Knowledgeable in family law areas and willing to continue learning

- Adept at legal writing and willing to grow in each area

What We Offer:

- Competitive base salary range of $80,000-$120,000 annually
