Law Firm Seeking Experienced Attorney for Public Finance Practice in Kansas City

This is a dynamic role for an experienced attorney interested in expanding knowledge and skills in commercial real estate and finance transactions while developing client relationships.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various transaction documents, conducting due diligence, advising clients on real estate matters, and managing regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include knowledge of state and federal real property laws, proficiency in real estate finance, and strong organizational and communication skills. Must be admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri with at least five years experience in tax-exempt financings and/or commercial real estate finance.

This position is exempt with a salary range of $150,000-$190,000+ annually, commensurate with experience. The work arrangement is hybrid, and the firm offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
