Job Title: Foreclosure Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
The Foreclosure Paralegal at the law firm is expected to manage a variety of tasks related to foreclosure processes. This includes overseeing the foreclosure process from referral through to conclusion. Key responsibilities include ordering title searches, obtaining payoffs, preparing deeds, assignments, and letters, and ensuring that all tasks are completed within time-sensitive deadlines. The paralegal is also responsible for providing updates and timely responses to clients. The role demands a high level of organizational skills, research abilities, and writing skills. Additionally, the candidate should be confident and comfortable communicating over the phone and be able to manage a heavy workload effectively. The position requires the ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
Education and Experience Information:
The candidate must have a minimum of two years of related foreclosure experience and possess broad knowledge of real estate default services. Familiarity with systems such as LPS, Caseaware, and Tempo is considered an advantage. The role also demands superior organizational skills, research, and writing capabilities. The candidate should be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of managing a significant workload independently.
Salary Information:
