Are you a highly motivated and skilled Family Law Attorney looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking an exceptional, fast-paced attorney to join our team in Tampa, FL.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience practicing Family Law in Florida. Our firm offers a competitive salary, partnership track, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days. We also provide benefits such as 401K, medical insurance, and vacation and sick days.
As a member of our team, you will have access to mentorship and support from our senior partner, who has 25 years of family law experience. Our proprietary litigation system allows our attorneys to work efficiently and effectively, resulting in more successful cases with less stress. We also cover the cost of bar dues, the annual Family Law conference, and hotel expenses.
Responsibilities for this role include attending court appearances, depositions, evidentiary hearings, CMC's, mediations, and trials. The ideal candidate will be aggressive and proactive, able to independently move cases forward quickly, and effectively communicate with clients and support staff. Strong attention to detail, grammar, spelling, and computer skills are a must.
