Goodwin Law Firm is seeking a Sr. Manager, HR Operations to join their Global Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing people and processes related to HR operations in various US offices. You will also collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and experiences to continuously improve processes and deliver cutting-edge solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and oversight to a team of US-based individual contributors across different HR sub-teams.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive implementation of process changes.
- Partner with stakeholders to manage technology enhancements for the Talent organization.
- Ensure compliance and support for business needs in Europe and Asia.
- Maintain data integrity in HR systems and oversee accurate maintenance of employee files.
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes for US-based partners and employees.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials for HR professionals.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in operations or transformation.
- Prior experience in professional services or law firms preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to recommend improvements.
- Experience managing teams and developing team members.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with relevant employment and privacy laws.

- Los Angeles: $121,600 - $182,400
- New York: $121,600 - $182,400
- Philadelphia: $108,800 - $163,300
- San Francisco: $129,700 - $194,500
- Santa Monica: $121,600 - $182,400
- Silicon Valley: $129,700 - $194,500
- Washington DC: $115,800 - $173,700
