Senior Counsel, In-House Litigation Firm:
- Represent **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. in state and federal court for insurance coverage disputes
- Hybrid remote position with locations in NY, CA, MA, and CT
- Full-time position with competitive salary range of $142, - $235,
- Admitted to the Bar in good standing in NY, CA, or MA with additional admission to other states preferred
- 6-10 years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation
- Knowledge of Auto, General Liability, and/or Property insurance coverage
- Responsible for all phases of litigation from inception to resolution
- Provides legal advice and recommendations to business partners on complex matters
- Uses technology and automation in the practice of law
- Act as mentor and coach to less senior attorneys and staff
- Must have a Juris Doctorate and minimum of 6 years' experience as a practicing attorney
