- Full-time employment opportunity at award-winning civil litigation personal injury law firm
- Must have minimum of 3 years experience in litigation and knowledge of CA Code of Civil Procedure and Local Rules
- Competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience

- Responsibilities include expert retention and scheduling, filing of all law and motion documents, and organizing team meetings

- Must be willing to work at downtown Los Angeles office, no remote or hybrid positions available

Key Responsibilities:
- Retain and schedule experts for cases
- Track and request discovery extensions
- File all law and motion documents, including MSJs, MSAs, MTCs, MILs, and more
- Prepare release of all claims and 1987s to defendants
- Reserve hearing dates
- Prepare subpoena objections for records and depositions
- Advise experts of case resolution
- Prepare stipulations to continue trial
- Organize team meetings and send material to experts for review
- File complaints and track statutes of limitations
- Notice depositions and issue subpoenas for depositions
- Draft CMC statements and initial trial setting conference statements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in litigation
- Minimum of 2 years college or upper-level education, unless experience exceeds 5 years
- Proficiency in Office365, CA Code of Civil Procedure and Local Rules, and CRM/CMS
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not required
- Experience with e-filing in state and federal courts
