We are looking for a Senior Contract Specialist to join our Legal team and help us provide practical solutions to manage risk and offer great gaming experiences to our players.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements such as software and content licenses, consulting and other services agreements, SaaS agreements, and hardware purchase agreements.
- Review and negotiate counterparty paper and adapt EA templates as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find creative solutions and escalate issues when needed.
- Participate in meetings with legal colleagues and business partners to build knowledge and prioritize work.
- Contribute to internal projects, including updates to contract templates and other reference materials.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably with technology or entertainment clients.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with teams across the organization.
- Experience managing the entire contract process from request to execution.
- Reliable and able to meet goals consistently.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems.

Salary Information:

- British Columbia: $73,200 - $101,700 CAD
- California: $82,500 - $122,900 USD
- Washington: $76,000 - $109,200 USD
