Key Responsibilities.

- Provide legal counsel and support on sophisticated merger and acquisition transactions for private equity firms and other private companies
- Advise public companies on SEC reporting matters, capital markets, and corporate governance matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents and agreements
- Communicate with clients and other parties involved in transactions
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to provide comprehensive and effective legal services

Qualifications.

- 3-5 years of experience in corporate law (4th-6th year attorney)
- Experience in representing private equity firms and/or other private companies in M&A transactions
- Knowledge of SEC reporting matters, capital markets, and corporate governance is a plus
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong academic credentials
