Bilingual-Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have experience with immigration applications. Must have 1+ years of experience in handling various aspects of family-based immigration practice. Must have strong working experience in completing USCIS, EOIR, and ICE Immigration Forms, applications, and petitions, including, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, u-visas, waivers, cancellation of removal, and various motions, including motions to reopen/reconsider with both USCIS and EOIR. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, good organizational skills and time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Excellent customer service skills are required. Be well organized and multi-task and work well with others.
