Job Title: Assistant District Attorney - Chief Privacy Officer
Department: General Counsel Division
Salary Range: $185,500-$199,000
Experience: 5+ years in privacy protection and information security

Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead a privacy program for the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
- Conduct internal privacy audits and ensure compliance with laws and best practices
- Review data and privacy activities and make necessary updates to policies and procedures
- Develop and manage organizational policy development process
- Address privacy-related inquiries and complaints from employees, customers, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance
- Maintain records of all privacy-related activities
- Manage investigations and incidents related to privacy breaches
- Revise privacy program as needed to address changes in laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Admission to NYS Bar
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in privacy protection and information security
- Knowledge of applicable privacy laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
