As an Associate Bankruptcy Attorney, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including reviewing all conditions precedent to filing an action, drafting pleadings and correspondence, attending court hearings, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. We are seeking a candidate with strong organizational and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with opposing counsel.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Juris Doctor degree and be a member of the Pennsylvania Bar. Prior bankruptcy experience is preferred, as well as a basic understanding of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control principles. Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor degree
