Responsibilities:

- Assist financial services clients with enterprise-wide compliance, including consumer protection regulations, safety and soundness, and risk management practices
- Design and present recommendations to clients through effective communication skills
- Oversee team members and support their career development through mentoring and coaching
- Manage project risks and adhere to KPMG standards and protocols
- Proactively participate in business development efforts by identifying opportunities and maintaining client relationships

Additional Responsibilities for Director:

- Lead business development efforts and maintain relationships with primary target clients
- Facilitate the development of compliance methodologies and thought leadership for emerging risks in the industry
- Contribute to practice and people development initiatives through publications, articles, and speaking engagements

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of financial services regulatory compliance experience, with a focus on consumer compliance and safety and soundness
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
- Previous experience leading and managing teams and projects
- Strong client service and business development skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Additional Qualifications for Director:

- Minimum of 8 years of relevant financial services consumer compliance regulatory experience
- Progressive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects
- Strong client service and management skills, with a track record of driving business development in an advisory environment
