- Responsible for collecting and organizing medical records, managing disclosure process, coordinating with relevant parties, and identifying expert witnesses
- Proficiency with Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure (NRCP) and experience with electronic filing systems required
- Specialized knowledge in medical malpractice and long term care defense preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in medical malpractice or long term care defense and paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Mostly sedentary position with occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 pounds
