Summary:

KPMG is seeking an Experienced Senior Associate to join their Mergers & Acquisitions practice in various locations across the United States. In this role, you will work with a diverse team to provide top clients with corporate tax services, including planning, research, and other M&A activities. Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on a full spectrum of corporate tax services, including planning, research, and M&A activities
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver due diligence and tax structuring services for clients
- Assist clients with current issues such as bankruptcy planning, debt restructuring, and tax basis analysis
- Liaise with target companies' finance and tax advisors to gather important information for tax risk analysis
- Develop and train junior team members

Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years of experience in federal tax and/or M&A in a public accounting firm, corporate tax department, or law firm
- Bachelor's degree, ., . in taxation, and/or MST from an accredited college/university
- Knowledge of corporate tax matters in various industries
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and client service teams
- Strong research and writing skills
