Law Firm Seeking Senior Conflicts Attorneys in Various Locations

Are you a highly experienced attorney with a background in identifying and clearing conflicts of interest? Are you looking for a new opportunity to join a top law firm and have an immediate impact? We are currently seeking Senior Conflicts Attorneys to join our team and assist our attorneys with new business intake while protecting our firm and clients from risk.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use your extensive knowledge of conflicts to establish a full clearance process
- Process new clients and matters for firm attorneys
- Perform conflicts checks and identify potential conflicts of interest
- Communicate with affected attorneys to resolve conflicts
- Draft waiver letters and advise attorneys on professional conduct rules
- Monitor changes in ethics rules and case law regarding conflicts of interest
- Assist with maintaining ethical walls and legal screens
- Special projects and duties as assigned

Required Skills:

- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Critical and creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of conflicts of interest principles

Required Qualifications & Education:

- 10+ years of legal experience with a large law firm
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and . bar admission

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage

Compensation:

- Pay range varies by location, but ranges from $130,200k - $244,200k/yr
