As a Foreclosure Paralegal, you will be responsible for the following:
Review and analyze foreclosure cases for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and file legal documents
Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties involved in the foreclosure process
Order and review title searches and reports
Obtain payoffs and prepare payoff letters
Prepare and review deeds, assignments, and other legal documents
Maintain accurate and organized case files
Adhere to strict deadlines and manage a heavy workload
Research and analyze legal issues as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreclosure
Strong knowledge of real estate default services
Experience with LPS, Caseaware, Tempo, or similar software preferred
Excellent organizational, research, and writing skills
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Ability to manage a heavy workload and meet tight deadlines
Comfortable and confident communicating over the phone
