H2: Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency

- Proficient in filing and managing cases, including via CCEF and CM-ECF
- Experience with legal practice management systems, Clio preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

H2: Core Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain case files
- Track and manage deadlines, court dates, and litigation calendars
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents
- Assist with drafting case summaries and trial binders
- Manage large-scale document productions
- File legal documents with federal and state courts
- Ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
- Assist attorneys with exhibit preparation and witness coordination
- Attend trials, hearings, and depositions
- Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and court personnel
- Coordinate interviews, depositions, and client meetings
- Provide administrative and logistical support
- Utilize case management and legal research platforms
- Manage and update data in Clio platform
- Leverage trial presentation software and other litigation tools
