Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on regulatory issues and manage compliance with . trade regulations.
- Handle corporate transactions involving controlled technologies and international trade regulations.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to international trade and corporate transactions.
- Represent clients in regulatory matters, including obtaining necessary licenses and approvals.
- Stay updated on changes in international trade laws and advise clients on emerging regulatory challenges.

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Proficiency with trade preference programs and trade remedy applications.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance issues.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, CFIUS, and OFAC Sanctions Programs is a plus.

Education, Experience, and Training:
