Overview:
- Responsible for technical support and expertise in implementation, maintenance, and optimization of legal technology solutions
- Collaborates with attorneys, paralegals, and other stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of technology tools and systems within the firm
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementation and configuration of legal technology solutions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for legal technology tools and systems
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to identify and address technology needs and challenges
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to educate attorneys and staff on effective use of legal technology tools
- Assist in testing and evaluation of new legal technology products and enhancements
- Monitor and analyze performance of legal technology systems and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with IT department to ensure security and integrity of legal technology systems and data
- Stay updated on emerging legal technology trends and evaluate potential impact on the firm
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal technology or related field
- Strong knowledge of legal technology tools and systems
- Familiarity with legal processes and terminology
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Anticipated pay range (alpha order):
- Boston, Chicago, & Washington, .: $81,000-$123,550
- New York: $84,900-$129,450
- San Francisco & Silicon Valley: $88,700-$135,300
- Discretionary bonus based on performance
- Actual offered rate based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid on-site presence required as essential function of role
