This position offers a unique and challenging experience for a skilled attorney, with a salary range of $80,114 - $90,691 annually.

Experience: Juris Doctorate degree and active membership in good standing with the Rhode Island bar

Responsibilities:
- Handle the investigation and prosecution of misdemeanor and felony cases
- Represent the people of Rhode Island in civil and criminal matters before trial courts, appellate courts, and the supreme courts of Rhode Island and the United States
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys, support staff, law enforcement agencies, and the public
- Utilize superior writing skills, good judgment, and excellent communication and advocacy skills
- Be computer literate and adaptable to learning new computer programs

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the Rhode Island bar
- Eligibility to waive into the Rhode Island Bar or successful completion of the Rhode Island Bar Exam
- Superior writing skills, good judgment, and excellent communication and advocacy skills
- Ability to work in a demanding environment
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn new programs
