**Job Description:**
- Manage the progression of multiple personal injury cases from intake through resolution, ensuring timely movement through all phases, including pre-litigation and litigation.
- Act as the central point of contact between clients, medical providers, vendors, and attorneys; coordinate deadlines, follow-ups, and task assignments to ensure all parties are aligned and cases move forward efficiently and strategically.
- Request, track, and organize medical records and bills; review and summarize treatment histories to support case valuation, strategy, and settlement preparation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, offering clear, empathetic communication, providing regular updates, and helping clients feel supported throughout the legal process.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical case files with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all records, correspondence, and evidence are up to date and accessible.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, subpoenas, medical record requests, and other legal documents with accuracy and in alignment with the firm’s standards.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategy, assist with summarizing findings, and provide analytical insights that help shape legal arguments.
- Assist with all aspects of the discovery process, including drafting discovery requests and responses, reviewing opposing counsel’s discovery, coordinating production, and preparing case materials for mediation, deposition, and trial.
