Corporate and Transactional Attorney
The candidate will be drafting a variety of commercial agreements and advising clients on corporate, contractual, and/or employment matters. Maryland bar required. Must have 3 – 5 years of corporate, contract, general counsel, or employment practice. Prior transactional experience related to transportation and logistics is a plus! Experience with billing hours is highly desired. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and all levels of management.
