We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual to join our Information Systems Department as an Enterprise Applications Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and maintaining our enterprise-wide applications, as well as leading projects related to updates and installations.
As an Enterprise Applications Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of systems including document management, ethical walls, timekeeping, accounting and billing, information and compliance, and litigation support applications. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits packages offered.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the health of enterprise-wide applications
- Resolve and respond to Help Desk tickets related to enterprise-wide applications
- Keep current on patches and releases for enterprise-wide applications
- Lead testing of new software or versions
- Act as Project Lead for new applications or updates
- Create and maintain production environments for enterprise-wide applications
- Interface with vendors for problem resolution and updates
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in all enterprise-wide applications
- Assist and mentor Applications Analysts and Administrators
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing enterprise-wide applications
- Deep knowledge of document management, timekeeping, law firm accounting and billing systems, litigation support, ethical walls, and security
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, servers, operating systems, and network communications
- Knowledge of desktop operating systems and software packaging practices
- Certification in iManage preferred
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This is a full-time, sedentary position in a clerical office setting. Physical requirements include exerting up to 10 pounds of force and occasional standing and walking. Visual acuity is necessary for data analysis and computer work.
