Litigation Paralegal The candidate will efficiently managing all cases from intake to settlement or trial. Will have proficiency in scheduling mediations, depositions, hearings and client meetings. Calculating and calendaring all deadlines associated with cases in firm's case management system and calendars as necessary. Issuing and responding to discovery, including drafting of discovery requests and responses. Assisting attorneys in preparing for conferences, client meetings, hearings, mediation, depositions, appellate proceedings, and trial. Preparing and maintaining medical summaries. Other Paralegal responsibilities as required.
The candidate should preferably have 3 + years of litigation experience in Personal Injury law. Must have strong document preparation, technology and writing skills. Must have experience with all Office applications and other related software. Proficiency in e-filing in both State and Federal Courts is required. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
