- Salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 annually, dependent on factors such as education, experience, skills, and location.

- Provide tax, turnaround management, restructuring, performance improvement, and corporate advisory services.

- Take ownership of assigned workstreams and coordinate with federal and international tax team members.
- Draft client ready reports summarizing tax issues and attributes identified during due diligence.
- Oversee, develop, mentor, and delegate work to a team of staff members.
- Take a leading role in client communications and managing client relationships.
- Identify, track, and pursue new business development opportunities.
- Design, implement, and participate in firm initiatives.

- Seeking Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance with advanced degree/certification (CPA, MST, MAcc, JD, or LLM).
- At least 9 years of relevant experience in a mergers & acquisitions tax practice at a Big 4 firm, Big Law firm, or similar firm, and at least 6+ years of experience in state and local tax.
- Deep knowledge of federal and state income tax, non-income tax, and unclaimed property issues.
- Strong writing, analytical, research, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of personal motivation and ability to work in a dynamic, time-sensitive, and sometimes stressful environment.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and implement changes to improve performance.
