Location:

Duties:
- Handle mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, and licensing matters.
- Work on franchise-related matters, including franchise agreements and compliance.
- Provide legal advice on regulatory issues, franchise systems, and distribution matters.
- Manage client relationships and communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
- Work on matters involving business transactions and corporate governance.
- Take on significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on various legal projects and cases.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, and licensing matters.
- Franchise experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- High degree of maturity and a proven willingness to assume responsibility.
- Strong academic credentials and attention to detail.
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills.
- Must be admitted to the New Jersey Bar or eligible for admission.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar, or eligibility for admission.
Skills:
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
