Overview:

Job Requirements:
- Ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience with commercial real estate deals, with a focus on hospitality transactions.
- Experience with general banking and loan transactions, joint ventures, and financing is a plus.
- Must be in good standing with the DC Bar or able to be admitted soon.
- Highly motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, and strong writing and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, leases, subleases, and financing documents.
- Handle deal closings and perform title work and other due diligence.
- Work closely with senior shareholders and gain significant transactional experience.
- Anticipate the needs of clients and their transactions.
