Partnership Tax Senior Associate - Research and Planning
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnership Tax Senior Associate to join our team in various locations across the US. In this role, you will provide tax planning, compliance, and strategy advice to clients, as well as validate their compliance with tax laws and regulations. As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain client relationships, develop a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigate complex tax situations to deliver high-quality work and grow your personal brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and apply federal tax laws and regulations
- Grasp partnership and international tax concepts
- Conduct tax research using various platforms
- Analyze complex tax problems and provide solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Maintain top standards in all deliverables
- Build and nurture client relationships
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business context
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 years of experience in tax services
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law preferred
- CPA or Member of the Bar
- Strong understanding of federal tax laws and regulations
- Specific knowledge of partnership and international tax concepts
- Experience with tax research using multiple platforms
- Ability to document positions on complex tax issues
- Familiarity with tax consulting, planning, and due diligence
- Experience with automation and digitization in a professional services environment
