Job Details:

- Pay: $16 - $30 per hour
- Job Type: Full-time
- Shift and Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Work Setting: In-person
- Location: Multiple locations with main office in Flushing, NY

Responsibilities:

- Handling various aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Reviewing and clearing titles
- Negotiating landlord-tenant disputes
- Representing clients in housing court appearances
- Reviewing and negotiating commercial leases
- Training will be provided

Requirements:

- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- Previous experience in buy/sell transactions or housing court appearances in New York preferred
- Admission to the New York State bar or expected admission in good standing
- Exceptional organization, writing, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask

Work Location:

- One to two locations
- Not remote
