Job Description:
- Represent **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and policyholders in complex personal and commercial lines civil litigation matters

- Manage entire legal process, from investigation to trial, and negotiate settlements as required
- Develop appropriate legal strategies and share them with claims representatives and insured clients
- Maintain good relationships with colleagues and conduct training sessions for various departments
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and collaborate with remote colleagues
Qualifications:
- Active membership in the MN Bar
- Special licenses to practice before boards or federal courts preferred
- Minimum of six years of successful experience as an attorney
- Strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Detail-oriented and analytical thinking skills
- Persuasive oral and written communication skills
- General knowledge of insurance law and familiarity with latest developments in the practice of law
- Proficiency with technology and remote work
Education:
- JD degree
