Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patent prosecution work in 5G, Wi-Fi, artificial intelligence, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end
- Provide counsel and advice to clients on portfolio development and management
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues across practices and offices to provide seamless service to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics
- Contribute to the growth of the firm's practice through business development activities
Requirements:
- Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent)
- At least two years of patent prosecution experience
- Registered with the USPTO or eligible to register
- Admitted to and in good standing of the Bar, or eligible to waive in
- Strong background in 5G, Wi-Fi, artificial intelligence, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end
- Excellent academic credentials with strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Additional Skills:
- Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, natural language processing, wireless communications, computer vision, or related AI fields preferred

Salary Information:
- Full-time base annual salary for this position in New York City, Denver, Los Angeles, and San Francisco expected to range between $225,000-$315,000
- Salaries in other markets may vary depending on market data
- Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and dependent upon individual and firm performance
