H2: Purpose of the Role
The role of Corporate Counsel & Compliance is to ensure that the company operates within the bounds of applicable laws and regulations while supporting business goals. This position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to work closely with the General Counsel to manage compliance initiatives, review and negotiate contracts, and handle a variety of legal issues.

- Manage and update the company’s corporate compliance program
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Stay current with evolving laws and regulations
- Develop and deliver compliance-related training for employees and management
- Assist in developing contract templates and guidelines
- Oversee the company’s data privacy program

- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and sound judgment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple legal projects simultaneously with attention to detail

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in a state bar
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a focus on corporate compliance and contract negotiation
H2: Compensation & Benefits
The total rewards package for this role includes valuable and competitive compensation and benefit plans. The base salary for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on company performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and other voluntary benefits. We also provide time-off benefits, such as paid time-off, sick-flex time, and company paid holidays.
