The role of Corporate Counsel & Compliance is to ensure that the company operates within the bounds of applicable laws and regulations while supporting business goals. This position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to work closely with the General Counsel to manage compliance initiatives, review and negotiate contracts, and handle a variety of legal issues.

- Manage and update the company’s corporate compliance program
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Stay current with evolving laws and regulations
- Develop and deliver compliance-related training for employees and management
- Assist in developing contract templates and guidelines
- Oversee the company’s data privacy program

- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and sound judgment

The total rewards package for this role includes valuable and competitive compensation and benefit plans. The base salary for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on company performance. We also provide time-off benefits, such as paid time-off, sick-flex time, and company paid holidays.
