In this role, you will work closely with our General Counsel on a variety of legal matters ranging from contract management to regulatory compliance. Responsibilities:
- Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and third parties
- Analyze and identify risk considerations in various agreements
- Work collaboratively with General Counsel on legal processes and systems
- Manage the firm's response to subpoenas and monitor laws impacting the profession
- Provide support to partners and team members on contracts
- Additional projects as needed

Requirements:
- from an accredited law school
- 6-8 years of law firm experience
- Admission to state bar in good standing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite

Compensation:
- $150,000-$200,000 annually
