- Manage and prioritize the Managing Partner's calendar, including scheduling appointments, resolving conflicts, and coordinating meetings
- Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries and process expense reports
- Support the execution of internal and external meetings by preparing materials and coordinating logistics
- Assist in managing email inbox and responding to inquiries
- Help manage projects and deadlines, as assigned by the Managing Partner
- Be an active participant in office events and promote a strong firm culture

Requirements:
- Relevant experience supporting executive leaders, preferably in a professional services environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Zoom
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
