Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Candidate will work closely with the finance and real estate client teams, assisting in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions on behalf of small and large businesses, commercial banks, and investment institutions. A Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate is preferred. Must have experience in and understanding of commercial real estate transactions, from due diligence (including title and survey) to general corporate matters (such as resolutions and consents), to documentation related to financing, acquisition and disposition (such as UCC financing statements, deeds and bills of sale). Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in the MS Office Suite are required.
