Job Responsibilities:
- Help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products
- Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate and helpful answers
- Interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional and friendly manner
- Document interactions for accurate record-keeping

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 seasons of paid Tax Preparation experience with a minimum of 30 tax returns per year
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken) required
- Excellent customer service skills and passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation
- Must have a dedicated hardwired internet connection and be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
