Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will assist in a variety of tasks including corporate governance for small and medium-sized businesses, preparation of Wills and estate documents, and document review and revision. A Bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate is preferred. Should preferably have 5+ years of legal office experience. Experience of 1 year in Microsoft Office is preferred. Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines and to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced environment, and strong proficiency in MS Office Suite are needed. Must have good organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to work directly with clients and lawyers under minimum supervision.
