Responsibilities and Practice Area
As a member of the Labor Management Relations practice group within the Labor & Employment department, the Traditional Labor Counsel will work on interesting and challenging matters in collaboration with senior attorneys. The practice group is consistently ranked and nationally recognized for their work in this area.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in traditional labor matters, including agency hearings, collective bargaining, representation matters, and labor arbitration. They should also have experience with labor law-related research and counseling. Strong analytical skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidates must also be licensed in the state they reside in.

Salary Range and Benefits Package
The salary range for this role is $250,000 to $360,000, with potential for annual merit increases and bonuses. The benefits package includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).

This position can be based in multiple offices across the country, including Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Sacramento, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, DC.
