Job Title: Construction Defect Partner

Job Responsibilities:
The Construction Defect Partner at the law firm will be responsible for handling all phases of insurance defense and construction litigation. This includes managing cases, engaging in motion practice, conducting discovery, and handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. The role requires strong research and writing skills. The candidate will work within the Construction Litigation Practice, which is known for its expertise in defending significant exposure cases in various construction law areas. The attorneys in this practice are skilled in litigating and trying catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases. The Construction Defect Partner will collaborate with seasoned trial attorneys and will be involved in providing defense for property and personal injury claims for both businesses and individuals, whether insured or self-insured.

Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate must have at least seven (7) years of experience in insurance defense and construction litigation. Experience should cover all phases of litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. is a mandatory requirement for this position. While prior experience in insurance defense is preferred, the firm is open to candidates with substantive litigation experience in other areas who possess excellent litigation skills.
