If you have a desire for trial work and 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• 3-5 years of substantive experience in employment litigation
• Experience in defending wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits
• Background in transactional employment work, including drafting employment and severance agreements
• Knowledge of federal and state employment law compliance
• Experience in traditional management labor relations

Salary Information:
• Target annual pay range: $245,000-$295,000
• Actual pay will vary based on experience, skill-set, and market factors
• Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages

• Advise clients on employment law matters
• Assist with traditional management labor relations
