Legal Clerk Group Lead - Job Overview and Responsibilities

- Oversee and lead a team of Legal Clerks in administrative tasks to support the Legal and Operations team
- Develop processes, procedures, and trainings to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals
- Fluent in English with preference for bilingual in Spanish
- Facilitate team meetings and 1:1's for updates and questions
- Responsible for training and development of team members
- Track key performance indicators and address any complex client concerns
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement
- Review and approve SOPs and ensure team members understand and utilize new processes
- Strong operational and quality standards required

Essential Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements and make data-driven decisions
- Previous leadership experience and familiarity with governmental forms/documentation processes
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
