- Supervision: Report to Chief Operating Officer and Director of Legal Operations

Responsibilities:
- Lead the regional legal team to achieve stated KPIs
- Foster positive relationships with clients and within the law firm
- Collaborate with the Managing Attorney (Legal Development) to facilitate regional team growth
- Ensure minimum 26 billed/collected hours per week are met
- Assist in overseeing regional-specific office operations as directed by the Chief Operating Officer
- Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and efficiency
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Mentor and provide guidance and support to regional attorneys
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities
Qualifications:
- Must have passed the Bar Exam and possess a Law Degree
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Family and Matrimonial Law
- Strong leadership and management skills required
- Direct experience in Family and Matrimonial Law is a bonus
- Must hold US Work Authorization
Compensation:
- Base salary range of $120,000 - $130,000
- Quarterly bonuses available

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Licensed Senior Associate or Managing Attorney with Family and Matrimonial Law Experience
- Experience in creating quarterly performance reports and using KPIs for attorney reviews
- Ability to assign cases to meet KPIs and review cases for quality assurance
- Previous experience in attorney recruitment and hiring procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving goals and driving results
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
