Law Firm Winthrop & Weinstine is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Engineer to join their team and provide technical support and solutions to internal customers. This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal customers and teams regarding product functionality, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Develop, test, and implement application solutions based on customer requirements
- Assist in the design, build, and maintenance of work flow automation and scripts
- Manage cloud infrastructure and optimize resources
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions
- Foster a collaborative environment and support team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as an Application Engineer or Technical Support Engineer
- Experience with application development, software engineering, or systems integration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with security principles and best practices
- Proficiency in database management and SQL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to constant change

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Familiarity with Document Management methodologies, specifically iManage Suite
- Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies

Working Conditions:
- Requires use of office equipment, such as computers and phones
